We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as a standard service (2-4 working days) We do have the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-3 working days). All of our sterling silver bracelets are placed in an air tight sealed bag and a velvet pouch. To keep your bracelet as new, when not wearing store the bracelet in the air tight bag. When wearing avoid moisture water, chemicals & things like sun cream, hair dye, fake tan.
