Processing & Delivery:

Each bracelet is handmade in our West Midlands studio within 1–3 working days.

Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) or upgrade to Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) at checkout.

Silver plating will naturally tarnish over time. Please note: rusting may occur if care guidance isn’t followed.

 Returns & Faults:

We offer a 14-day return policy.

If you believe your item is faulty, please send a clear photo, description of the fault, and proof of purchase within 14 days. Wear-and-tear or rusting caused by exposure to moisture will not be classed as faults.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 if you are needing a faster  delivery time.
