Processing & Delivery:

Each bracelet is handmade in our West Midlands studio within 1–3 working days.

Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) or upgrade to Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) at checkout.

We offer a 14-day return policy.

If you believe your item is faulty, please send a clear photo, description of the fault, and proof of purchase within 14 days. Wear-and-tear or rusting caused by exposure to moisture will not be classed as faults.
